Dr. Sebastian Adam
Dr. Sebastian Adam has been working in the field of requirements management for over 18 years. After completing his studies, he worked at the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft for over 10 years, and during this time assisting numerous companies in establishing and enhancing their requirements management practices.
The recurring experience of major problems caused by missing or unsuitable tools in companies motivated him, alongside two colleagues, to develop his own requirements management software ReqSuite® RM and to found OSSENO Software GmbH.
Since 2015, he has been helping companies in optimizing their requirements management through the support of his own software tool.

Our story
After completing his studies in computer science, Dr. Sebastian Adam started off his career in requirements management at the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft.

After his doctorate and years of consulting experience in the industry, he decided to found OSSENO Software GmbH together with two colleagues in 2014.
In 2016, OSSENO Software released the first version of its requirements management software ReqSuite ® RM and won the West Palatinate Founder Award.
In 2019, OSSENO Software became independent from the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft and secured several prominent clients.
In 2023, OSSENO Software was awarded "High Performer" and "Support Champion" on several occasions in the field of requirements management tools.
Over 80 customers across 14 countries now use ReqSuite® RM to make their development projects error-free and more efficient.
