Release Notes ReqSuite® RM 2.9.5

ReqSuite® RM 2.9.5 offers the following new features and functions

(Azure) AD Interface

In ReqSuite® 2.9.5 we have extended our user administration to include the ability to extract user data and permissions from organization-wide LDAP directories. In addition to the classic Active Directory, we also offer an interface to Azure AD.

Archiving of Projects

In version 2.9.5, there is the possibility to complete projects and to archive them explicitly, so that they are still available, but no longer editable. This enables us to meet the customer’s requirement to be able to work efficiently with ReqSuite® even when having a large number of projects.

Interface extensions

The import interfaces to ReqIF and Word have been further improved for having more possibilities to import requirements automatically. On the one hand, the quality of requirement extractions from text documents has been significantly increased, and on the other hand, the interchangeability of requirement structures using ReqIF has been improved. In particular, it is now possible to import Word documents several times and – depending on the configuration – to enable a RoundTrip with MS Word.

Numerous improvements

The biggest achievement of the version 2.9.5 are, besides the mentioned points, numerous small optimizations, which further increase the overall quality and user experience of ReqSuite®. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your feedback.
