General Usage

ReqSuite® RM is a web application, which means that no local installations on the clients are necessary. It is primarily operated via an Internet browser such as Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. When using the cloud version, ReqSuite® RM can be accessed at and requires the entry of valid login data (see Figure 1).

For this purpose, fill in the corresponding fields “User name” and “Password” with the access data provided to you after you have applied for access. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking on the “Forgot password?” hyperlink below the “Login” button. After confirming your entry by clicking on the “Login” button, you will be redirected to the user interface, once your logon data was verified. When using the cloud version, you will also be required to enter a PIN when you change client computers from ReqSuite® RM 3.2 onwards. This will be sent either to your phone number stored in the system via SMS or to your e-mail address.
