From September 25-27, 2018, MODERN RE will take place in Berlin for the second time as a new conference on the topic of “Requirements Engineering and User Experience”. We from OSSENO will be there again this year. After we recently received a confirmation for our presentation at the Berlin Requirements Engineering Symposium, we are of course pleased to be able to speak to an expert audience for a second time this autumn.
On September 26th at 4:30 pm we will give a lecture on project and program management with quality-assured requirements. In addition to our best practice method for designing requirements management in this context, we will of course also present our tool ReqSuite® in this context, in particular discussing the functions for prioritization, effort estimation and quality assurance.
Abstract:
Requirements are not an end in themselves, but should help to develop the right (and if possible only that) within the framework of projects. That is why it has long been known that project management is largely dependent on the requirements and their quality. However, corresponding methods and in particular tools are still not properly integrated, which is why linking the two disciplines is often time-consuming and error-prone. The increasing importance of cross-project portfolio or program management raises the question of how processes can be better mapped. The presentation attempts to provide an answer using modern tools such as JIRA and ReqSuite®.
